R Durtnell & Sons were appointed to carry out the renewal of the main services along with the total internal refurbishment of this luxurious house in London.

The project included partial digging-out of the basement to allow for the insertion of a slate floor with under-floor heating, and a high-spec luxury kitchen top-lit by means of a 45mm thick glass pavement.

Durtnells carried out sprayed lacquer finished joinery in all main reception rooms, and the four bedrooms, emphasising a level of opulent quality that is also echoed by beautiful black-painted glass splash-backs in the three bedrooms.
