76 Portland Place – Design and construct contract comprising major refurbishment and remodelling of an existing seven-storey building and the design and construction of new offices and a conference centre in an enclosed rear courtyard. The refurbishment of the existing building included complete internal redecoration with new joinery, floors and partitioning, renewal of mains services and cleaning and repair of the external stonework.
80 Portland Place – Full refurbishment of this Grade II listed five-storey office building including new service and catering links to 76 Portland Place. The works included alterations to form a new meeting room suitable for housing conferences for up to 100 delegates.
