External and internal alterations and refurbishment of a Grade II* listed manor house. This building is a medieval manor house surrounded by a still water filled moat. A large oast house is located at the western end of the house which we restored to provide two bedrooms with bathrooms, lobby area, play room and sitting room. Elements of the original 14th century house remain but the main range was entirely rebuilt in the 16th century and a number of alterations took place at the house in the subsequent centuries.
The fully refurbished house provide its owners with a basement area and studio, 7 bedrooms and bathrooms, and a large kitchen area with separate dining room and family room. The roof has been completely re-tiled and soft and hard landscaping is completed.
