Construction of a four bedroom house plus staff dwelling within the garden of the Client’s existing property.
External walls are constructed of brick and lock masonry with feature wet cast stone.
The site is located on a private residential road; all parking was on the grass verge outside of the site.
The ground floor provides a garden room, staff quarters study, kitchen, lounge and utility room. The first floor has four en-suite bedrooms with a sitting room and two dressing rooms. There is a glazed roof light to the kitchen and also one over the garden room (pictured) and the stairs.
A ground source heat pump has been installed and grey water services (tank is located at the end of the garden) are used in the toilets.
