The refurbished offices provide automatic lifts, heating, air-conditioning, structured cabling for voice and data, security systems, fully fitted kitchens, toilets and showers.

Wood panelling was repaired or replicated and new marble flooring laid. Durtnells originally became involved in the scheme after winning Phase II in a competitive tender. Subsequently the company negotiated a further three phases, working with the client and architect as a  problem-solving team.
